In this section I will help you set up your Blog onto your website. I will make it as simple as possible. You still are going to involve yourself further but WordPress.Org will be very helpful and straight forward. Remember, if you really are interested in having a blog on your website or having a personal unique blog, you will go further here. If you are not really, really interested then just get a regular free blog which Wordpress.com offers. WordPress.com offers many great blog themes and you can get your point across but you will be limited quite a bit and you creativity will fall very short to your expectations. Well maybe you should go this way and learn how the Dashboard works and later on return here and proceed to experience a brand new feeling.
Below there’s a great tutorial video which will help you enormously but there are some things you should know first before you view it. First of all, you don’t have to use Blue Host as your provider. Go Daddy or Lunarpages as well. There are many more but the important thing is that you have professional support. Secondly, the the support team should be able to setup the Blog on your website themselves, that’s what they get paid for. So ask them to create the Database and the install the latest upgrade from WordPress.Org.
It is also necessary to have open the link for the installation opened on one tab of your browser and the 5 minute installation so you can follow the instructions on the video. If you miss anything just pause the video and go back.
Note: I suggest you call and setup your domain first and like I mentioned before, let them setup your WordPress Blog!
