If you are interested in Tweeting through your WordPress.org Blog then I have a Plugin that will do everything for you. The name of this Plugin is  the Twitter Goodies:

This plugin shows your twitter profile/search tweets under Sidebar Area (Widget), Post and/or Pages. Tweets will REFRESH AUTOMATICALLY. Also it has reply option inside widget on mouse over action. Admin panel option available under Settings -> Twitter Goodies to set different color combination and twitter widget options. This twitter widget is using Twitter Goodies APIs. Note: make sure you click on all the pages on the in the menu bar (Installation, Faq, Screenshot..ect)

As you can read above in the main description and homepage of the Plugin, everything will be done for you once you set it up. Once you upload, the instructions will have you register your Twitter account with Bit.ly so you can obtain the AP code. Once you are done editing your widget to your liking then you should check if it’s working.

I tested all the Twitter Plugins and these two are the ones that would do all the work for you. Try them out and see if they work for you and if you find a better working Twitter Plugin then please post it in the comment section here.
